Cable Harness

VIBRAN designs and manufactures MIL-STD-1553 Data Bus Networks and Cable Harnesses to customer-specific requirements for Defence, Aerospace and Industrial applications.

Networks are supplied with customized bus and stub cable lengths, connector configurations and coupler arrangements for seamless integration into customer systems.

Our In-line Coupler based Network architecture minimizes the number of connectors and interconnections, resulting in improved system reliability, reduced installation effort and simplified maintenance.

  • Visual Inspection
  • Wiring Continuity
  • Conductor-to-Shield Continuity
  • Insulation Resistance
  • Dielectric Withstanding Voltage (Hi-Pot)
